Erin has been practicing audiology since 1999. She earned her doctorate degree at Arizona School of Health Science, her master’s degree from California State University, Los Angeles and her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University. She is board certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Throughout her career, she has held positions at prominent medical institutions including The University of Miami and Miami Children’s Hospital. She has also worked in private practice and ENT offices.

She completed her fourth year Doctoral Clinical Externship in 2004 with the University of Texas at Dallas Advanced Hearing Research Center where she provided auditory evoked potential testing to children as part of an NIH grant studying brain plasticity as it relates to the age of cochlear implantation.
Dr. Muncy has experience in a wide variety of settings including ENT clinics, private practice audiology, and university education. The large majority of her career was spent practicing in the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area, but she recently moved back to Jupiter, Florida to continue her career in her hometown. She completed her clinical externship in Richmond, Virginia, at a private practice specializing in premium hearing aid technology and tinnitus treatment.
Upon graduating, Dr. Baldasare returned to South Florida and worked at HearUSA for four years before joining our team. There, she had the opportunity to work with the Seminole Tribe of Florida at the Big Cypress Reservation, performing hearing tests and dispensing hearing aids to patients who would otherwise not have access to hearing healthcare.

Dr. Ensley offers a unique perspective on the audiology field, since she was diagnosed with bilateral hearing loss at the age of 5 years old. She started wearing hearing aids in 2020 and recently underwent cochlear implant surgery for her right ear in February of 2023. Dr. Ensley makes it her personal mission to help as many people as possible, of all ages, overcome the many difficulties presented by hearing loss.
Dr. Ensley was born and raised in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and now lives in the West Palm Beach area. When not treating patients, she enjoys going to the beach, playing with her dogs Ranger and Norman, eating Chipotle, and making new memories with her friends and family.
